About where we ship and why (or why not)

EU Countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Any orders placed from these countries will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
For Customers in Norway:
We happily ship to Norway! Please be aware that orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Our store does not collect Norwegian VAT or import fees at checkout. You will be required to pay the standard 25% Norwegian VAT and local customs clearance handling fees directly to the courier company upon delivery.
oland Post has not returned to shipping parcels to the USA, and couriers are expensive. Here’s how I can send your items.
While Shipping th the USA has been stopped in Poland, other countries have made it possible to ship there - like the UK. I ship your orders in bulk to the UK, and a proxy dispatches them to you from there.
Our ‘proxy’ is our dear friends - Hanafubuki Dolls. You may know them as faceup artists within the bjd community. They agreed to print out your labels and forward the parcels for us!
A bulk parcel will be dispatched every 3-4 weeks, depending on the number of orders we receive. Alex and I cover the cost of the parcel to the UK.
The cost of shipping is directly tied to how much Royal Mail charges - based on weight. Then, 10% of the items value is added, since Royal Mail requires that as a pre-payment for the taxes and import tariffs.
While not cheap, this considerably lowers the shipping cost compared to the other only option we have, which is FedEx (starting at $50!). Due to the layover in the UK, shipping times will be increased.
I know it’s not ideal, but it’s the best we’ve got. Thank you for shopping with us despite these difficulties.
